Ahelyett, hogy javítgatnánk a jelenlegi népegészség-ügyi gyakorlatunkat (amikor a kormány különféle programokkal próbálja az egészségtelen életmódot megváltoztatni), inkább az egészséges életmódhoz vezető viselkedést kellene ösztönözni, vagyis egészségkultúrát létrehozni.
