A fizikai aktivitás, mint egészségbefektetés [Physical activity as health investment]

Cikkünkben bemutatjuk a különböző életkori csoportokban végzett legfontosabb kutatásokat, melyek a rendszeres testmozgás pozitív hatásait igazolják.

According to national and international research studies, physical activity has positive effects on the human body. In our article, we present the results of previous research studies regarding the positive effects of physical activity on different age groups, then we describe and analyze the trends of expected healthy life years at birth. We introduce the definition and WHO interpretations of sport and physical activity as well as specific proposals and recommendations related to regular physical activity, which determine the activity-level and intensity (target-specifically) required to achieve the desired health benefits. Besides these we give a summary about the research studies which aim to quantify the economic effects of increase and promotion of physical activity.
